Occupational Health Nurse (OHN)

About the Role

The Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) is responsible for providing workplace health services, emergency medical support, and occupational health programs within a corporate environment. The role focuses on promoting employee health, safety, and wellbeing while ensuring compliance with occupational health standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care for employees.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor employee health conditions.
• Maintain employee medical records and clinic documentation.
• Assist in workplace health promotion and wellness programs.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with healthcare providers.
• Monitor workplace incidents and prepare necessary reports.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Support day-to-day clinic operations and medical supply management.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.
• With BOSH Certification.
• With active BLS and ACLS Certifications.
• Experience as an Occupational Health Nurse, Company Nurse, Clinic Nurse, or similar healthcare role is preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday (Shifting)

• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
