About the job Brand Manager (FMCG)

We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that fuel long-term business growth and strengthen our position in the market. You will work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to keep brand initiatives aligned with sales targets and the broader business agenda. You'll also take ownership of portfolio strategy, business performance, and the smooth rollout of brand programs.

Key Requirements:

Brand Strategy & Business Growth

  • Create and roll out programs that drive sustainable sales growth in line with market strategy.
  • Take charge of brand portfolio strategy while overseeing profitability and overall brand performance.
  • Help the business hit its targets through sound brand planning and flawless execution.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Foster solid working relationships with internal teams and external partners to boost business and marketplace standing.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to keep brand efforts and commercial goals moving in the same direction.
  • Work with the management team to support key business processes and strategic projects.

Brand Performance & Operations

  • Track and manage the brand's P&L performance.
  • Help carry out business processes alongside the management team.
  • Make sure brand activities are executed well and stay true to company goals.

Project Management & Communication

  • Spearhead brand-related projects from start to finish.
  • Juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
  • Present ideas and updates clearly to stakeholders, both in writing and in person.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related course.
  • At least 5 years of relevant brand management experience, ideally in FMCG.
  • Solid track record managing brand portfolios and P&L.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and project management know-how.

Location: Makati City

Work Setup: Fully Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift
