Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Management Systems (RMS) Manager to oversee restaurant systems, inventory management, and operational processes across our stores and commissaries. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence through process standardization, inventory accuracy, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize restaurant management systems to support daily business operations.
- Lead process improvement projects that improve efficiency, productivity, and operational consistency.
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and system controls across stores and commissaries.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including stock monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, and movement.
- Analyze inventory trends and recommend initiatives to reduce waste and improve stock accuracy.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Commissary teams to resolve operational issues.
- Lead RMS implementation, testing, enhancements, and system rollouts.
- Develop process documentation, operational manuals, and user guides.
- Conduct training for restaurant teams on RMS processes and system usage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and inventory controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- 8–10 years of experience in Restaurant Management Systems, inventory management, or operational excellence.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, process standardization, and system implementation.
- Experience in restaurant, food service, QSR, or hospitality operations is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, project management, and communication skills.
