Technology Consultant (Associate to Team Lead Level) | 14th Month Pay Guaranteed!

Work Setup: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM) | Full Onsite (Possibility of a hybrid setup)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and lead technology consulting engagements by understanding client requirements, assessing technology environments, and developing solutions that address business and operational needs.
• Design and implement IT and cybersecurity solutions, including technology improvements, processes, controls, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Perform technology assessments, cybersecurity reviews, and related advisory activities to identify gaps and recommend practical improvements.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines and objectives.
• For senior team members, provide guidance to junior consultants, support engagement planning, and contribute to improving the firm's technology consulting methodologies and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in technology consulting, IT advisory, cybersecurity, technology risk, solution design, or related technology roles.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and technology risk management.
• Experience in assessing client needs, designing technology solutions, and supporting implementation initiatives.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is preferred, with strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
