• Role Summary: Analyzes, designs, and implements information systems, digital commerce solutions, and conversational AI/chatbot platforms.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical blueprints and functional specs.
  • Oversee chatbot platform solutions, NLP performance tuning, and conversational workflows.
  • Partner with development and QA teams through system design, testing, and deployment.
• Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of system analysis experience in Web/eCommerce/Digital initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience designing Conversational AI / Chatbot solutions.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and API integrations.
