Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations Consultant to drive client revenue growth and operational excellence. This role leads strategic client initiatives, supports continuous improvement, and ensures successful service transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client operations projects, process improvements, and service transitions.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and PMP principles to deliver measurable results.
• Manage client interactions, build strong relationships, and ensure smooth operations.
• Support solution design, proposals, and internal process enhancements.
• Mentor team members and act as a subject matter expert on operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field. Insurance-focused preferred.
• Certifications (Non-Negotiable):
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent

Experience:

• 10+ years in US Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits insurance operations
• 5+ years consulting lifecycle experience (Big 4 preferred)
• 3+ years in Operations Management, leading teams and achieving operational targets
• BPO experience preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and client management
• Proficient in MS Office, SQL, Salesforce, Visio, SAS
• Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Strong change management and project management expertise
