Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Strategist leads the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies to drive measurable growth, strengthen brand positioning, and optimize multi-channel campaigns. This role collaborates closely with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and high-impact campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, content, and events
  • Translate market research and performance data into actionable insights and budget plans
  • Oversee campaign KPIs, evaluate results, and implement continuous improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Masters preferred)
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in marketing strategy or content leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, media planning, and ROI-driven campaign management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and performance tools
