Strategic Growth & Market Expansion

  • Identify and originate new development, acquisition, and partnership opportunities.
  • Drive expansion into new geographic markets and high-growth asset classes.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with revenue and portfolio growth targets.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of land deals, joint ventures, anchor tenants, and institutional partnerships.
  • Conduct market analysis, feasibility assessment, and competitive benchmarking to support growth initiatives.

Land & Deal Origination

  • Source land acquisition opportunities and evaluate commercial viability.
  • Identify and structure joint ventures with landowners, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Lead negotiations and commercial structuring of development and partnership agreements.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes in collaboration with legal, finance, and technical teams.

Strategic Partnerships & Enterprise Relationships

Build and maintain relationships with:

  • Institutional investors
  • Corporate tenants
  • Brokers and intermediaries
  • Landowners
  • Government stakeholders
  • Position the company as a preferred development and investment partner.
  • Secure anchor tenants and long-term lease partnerships for upcoming projects.

Commercial Structuring & Transaction Leadership

  • Lead high-value negotiations and ensure financially sound deal structures.
  • Evaluate project IRR, revenue models, and long-term value creation.
  • Present investment cases and business proposals to executive leadership.
  • Oversee transition from deal origination to project execution teams.

Executive Alignment & Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to long-term portfolio strategy and expansion roadmap.
  • Provide market intelligence and investment insights to the executive team.
  • Support capital raising initiatives when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in real estate business development, land acquisition, investment, or property development.
  • Proven experience structuring real estate deals (JV, acquisition, lease, or development partnerships).
  • Strong understanding of feasibility analysis, valuation principles, and commercial modeling.
  • Established network within developers, brokers, institutional investors, and landowners.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
