Finance Controller (2 Openings)
Location: Makati (FMCG) and Binondo (Insurance)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift: Morning
Set-up: Hybrid

Role Description
We are looking for two Finance Controllers to be based in Makati and Binondo. The role will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, and overall financial management of the organization. This includes preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and strengthening internal controls.

The Finance Controller will also play a strategic role in business decision-making by providing financial insights, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and driving overall financial performance.

Qualifications

• Strong background in financial reporting, accounting, and financial statements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in financial management and strategy
• High attention to detail with strong compliance orientation
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA is preferred; CFA is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in FMCG (for Makati role) or Insurance (for Binondo role) is highly preferred
• Proficient in financial systems and reporting tools
