Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Management
- Develop and manage CRM programs, including database management, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Design and execute strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Campaign Execution
- Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights and KPIs.
Website & Digital Management
- Oversee website strategy, performance, and continuous optimization.
- Ensure websites effectively support marketing initiatives and business objectives.
Data Analytics & Insights
- Analyze customer data, campaign performance, and user behavior to generate actionable insights.
- Track key metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, IT, and sales.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and digital partners.
Systems Integration
- Ensure seamless integration between CRM platforms and digital systems.
- Support the implementation and optimization of marketing automation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools).
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and campaign performance tracking.
- Experience in website management and working with digital agencies is an advantage.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Retail (particularly lifestyle or premium brands)
