Record to Report Manager | Shared Services (Competitive Pay!)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite - Dayshift

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end RTR operations, ensuring accurate and timely period-end close, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee preparation and review of group reporting packages, statutory financial statements, tax deliverables, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with policies, and provide support during internal and external audits.
• Drive process transitions into shared services and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization and use of technology.
• Manage, coach, and develop the team while building strong relationships with global stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong accounting background with extensive experience in RTR, financial reporting, and period-end close processes.
• Proven people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Experience in statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit support.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
