Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to strengthen client engagement and enhance overall customer experience within our retail/F&B operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building lasting relationships, resolving concerns, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback
- Monitor and improve customer experience across retail/F&B touchpoints
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with operations and store teams to ensure service standards are consistently met
- Gather customer insights and provide recommendations to improve products, services, and processes
- Support loyalty programs, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or retail/F&B operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or CRM tools is an advantage
