Customer Relationship Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to strengthen client engagement and enhance overall customer experience within our retail/F&B operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building lasting relationships, resolving concerns, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback
  • Monitor and improve customer experience across retail/F&B touchpoints
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with operations and store teams to ensure service standards are consistently met
  • Gather customer insights and provide recommendations to improve products, services, and processes
  • Support loyalty programs, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or retail/F&B operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or CRM tools is an advantage
