Record to Report Specialist | Shared Services (Competitive Pay!)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift; Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) process, including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger activities.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and maintain financial data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies while maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) experience.
• Experience working with global stakeholders or international teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
