Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Leasing Manager – Commercial Property to oversee leasing activities and maximize occupancy for our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial leasing, tenant relations, and market analysis. This role will focus on attracting quality tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring long-term profitability of the property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants for commercial properties.
• Identify and secure new tenants through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Conduct property tours and present available spaces to prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract agreements with tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate clients.
• Monitor occupancy rates, market trends, and competitor leasing activities.
• Coordinate with property management, legal, and finance teams for lease documentation and compliance.
• Ensure timely lease renewals, tenant retention, and contract management.
• Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Support marketing initiatives for available commercial spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial leasing or real estate management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property leasing processes and negotiations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leasing opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or property management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling retail spaces, office buildings, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong network within the commercial real estate and brokerage industry.
• Experience working with developers, property management firms, or commercial landlords.
