Senior Manager – Mobile Engineering (Cross-Platform iOS & Android)

Location: Ortigas, Pasig 

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Role Summary:
Leads the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade mobile applications on iOS and Android. This hands-on leadership role ensures technical excellence, performance, and stability, while mentoring developers and driving agile delivery across cross-platform projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of cross-platform mobile applications with high performance and scalability.

• Conduct and enforce comprehensive code reviews for Swift/SwiftUI (iOS) and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose (Android).

• Mentor the mobile team, strengthening technical expertise and agile practices.

• Drive agile ceremonies and ensure sprint delivery aligns with business priorities.

• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership on technical strategy and mobile architecture.

• Identify and adopt emerging mobile technologies and best practices.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues affecting performance or user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 9+ years in mobile application development (iOS & Android).

• Proven experience managing mobile teams in agile environments.

• Deep technical knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
