Job Description:

The Senior Associate for Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for supporting project and corporate financial analysis, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

• Perform financial analysis on business performance, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast).

• Prepare and analyze financial reports in compliance with PFRS and IFRS.

• Ensure alignment between management reporting and statutory reporting requirements.

• Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and investment decisions.

• Monitor project financials, including costs, revenues, and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory standards.

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting-focused finance roles.

• Exposure to global standards, IFRS, and PFRS.

• Experience in corporate finance, or similar sectors preferred.

• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
