Job Title: Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) Manager
Job Type: Full-time | Full Onsite | Day Shift
Location: BGC, Taguig
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and develop team members; set priorities aligned to evolving business needs
Refine and improve procedures covering customer agreements, pricing governance, and end-to-end CMA management
Drive cross-functional communication to influence behavioral change and demonstrate best practices
Ensure all accrual provisions and payments are accurate, fair, justifiable, and processed on time
Ensure CMA invoicing, credit memos, and debit memos meet agreed deadlines and customer expectations
Review and prepare SOX controls; lead internal and external audit management
Ensure balance sheet reconciliations for relevant accounts are prepared and reviewed
Collaborate with Collections and Credit to reduce aged debt and resolve customer disputes
Work closely with the Business Unit to drive effective deployment of CMA processes into the SSC
Support the transition team in successfully migrating CMA activities in scope for the SSC
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
At least 7 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting, preferably in a multinational company
Minimum 3–4 years of leadership or people management experience
Strong accounting foundation, with emphasis on account reconciliation and financial controls
Proficient in Excel — XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and INDEX/MATCH
ERP experience required; SAP strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal English communication skills; confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage
Power BI knowledge is an advantage
