Job Summary

The Manager, Pricing is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of pricing master data while supporting the execution of pricing activities across the business. This role drives service excellence, continuous improvement, and effective stakeholder collaboration, while leading a team and supporting the transition and integration of pricing processes into the Shared Services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of pricing data across relevant systems
  • Plan and coordinate price increase activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution across customers and channels
  • Validate pricing change requests and ensure proper approvals in line with company policies
  • Manage price uploads and resolve data-related issues in coordination with business stakeholders
  • Utilize systems and tools (e.g., SAP) to support effective pricing data management
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Build strong relationships with Business Units, Finance, and OTC teams to support pricing processes
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives in pricing data management
  • Lead, manage, and develop the team to meet operational and business priorities
  • Support transition activities and ensure smooth migration of pricing processes into Shared Services
  • Collaborate with Operational Excellence and automation teams to enhance systems and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Relevant experience in finance, pricing, or data management within a multinational environment
  • Proven experience in process improvement and implementation of solutions
  • Strong experience in data management and analysis using computerized systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Knowledge of Power BI or MS Access is an advantage
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
