Job Summary
The Team Lead – NZ CMA & Pricing manages end-to-end CMA and pricing operations for New Zealand, ensuring accurate accruals, timely settlements, and process compliance. This role leads a team and drives performance, process improvements, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee CMA and pricing operations for NZ market
- Review accruals, provisions, and customer claims
- Ensure timely and accurate customer payments
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Manage stakeholder relationships (commercial, finance, customers)
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and team productivity
- Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–8 years experience in CMA, pricing, or finance ops
- At least 2 years leadership experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling ANZ markets is a plus
