Job Summary

The Team Lead – NZ CMA & Pricing manages end-to-end CMA and pricing operations for New Zealand, ensuring accurate accruals, timely settlements, and process compliance. This role leads a team and drives performance, process improvements, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee CMA and pricing operations for NZ market
  • Review accruals, provisions, and customer claims
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer payments
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members
  • Manage stakeholder relationships (commercial, finance, customers)
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and team productivity
  • Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5–8 years experience in CMA, pricing, or finance ops
  • At least 2 years leadership experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience handling ANZ markets is a plus
