Job Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for handling the full hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate journey. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, create effective sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and qualifications
  • Create and publish job postings across various platforms to attract suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist candidates
  • Manage job offers, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination

Sourcing and Talent Acquisition

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers to align on hiring priorities and timelines
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment status and market insights
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process

Compliance and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations
  • Prepare and submit recruitment reports, metrics, and analysis to management
  • Support initiatives to improve and streamline recruitment processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • At least 6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in corporate or agency settings
  • Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment across different roles is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
