Job Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for handling the full hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate journey. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, create effective sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and qualifications
- Create and publish job postings across various platforms to attract suitable candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist candidates
- Manage job offers, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to align on hiring priorities and timelines
- Provide regular updates on recruitment status and market insights
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Compliance and Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations
- Prepare and submit recruitment reports, metrics, and analysis to management
- Support initiatives to improve and streamline recruitment processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Open to fresh graduates
- At least 6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in corporate or agency settings
- Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment across different roles is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
