Job Overview

The IT Manager leads the organization's technology operations — infrastructure, business applications, vendor relationships, project delivery, and data privacy compliance — ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and performing well while supporting business operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and secure IT infrastructure, network, and computing resources; ensure uptime and reliability of systems and servers
  • Oversee business application development, maintenance, and enhancements
  • Ensure service requests and technical issues are resolved within SLA targets
  • Handle vendor management: selection, contracts, performance tracking, risk oversight
  • Partner with business units to translate requirements into technology solutions
  • Lead IT projects from scope through budget and timeline delivery
  • Manage POS system connectivity for tenants (server and network support)
  • Oversee firewalls, CCTV systems, and network security
  • Drive data privacy initiatives: compliance monitoring, policy rollout, staff training, regulatory reporting
  • Oversee cybersecurity, IT governance, asset management, and documentation of IT policies/standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of IT management experience, ideally in mall or commercial center operations
  • Solid background in IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and business applications
  • Experience with POS connectivity, server environments, firewalls, and CCTV systems
  • ERP experience required; SAP a plus
  • Background in vendor management and IT project implementation
  • Working knowledge of business systems analysis and process improvement
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Active Directory, and ConnectWise a plus
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, IT governance, backup/recovery, and data privacy compliance
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
