Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle complex insurance processes using multiple client platforms.
  • Improve operational efficiency by evaluating issues, refining workflows, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience by engaging with clients, responding to concerns, and fostering strong working relationships.
  • Carry out audits and issue analysis to identify process gaps, resolve discrepancies, and meet compliance standards.
  • Lead training initiatives by developing training programs, overseeing processes, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials to align with operational objectives.
  • Apply quality assurance practices to ensure processes consistently meet quality benchmarks and client expectations.
  • Provide additional operational support, including data analysis, reporting, and onboarding of new clients or processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance operations or a related field
  • Background in training and coaching (preferably with experience as a BPO QA, Trainer, or Supervisor)
  • Strong written communication skills, especially in email correspondence
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, time management, and planning abilities
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining SOPs and technical or procedural documentation
  • Experience in quality assurance, including process review and optimization
  • Knowledge of operational excellence (OPEX) and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with Insurance Level processes
