Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle complex insurance processes using multiple client platforms.
- Improve operational efficiency by evaluating issues, refining workflows, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by engaging with clients, responding to concerns, and fostering strong working relationships.
- Carry out audits and issue analysis to identify process gaps, resolve discrepancies, and meet compliance standards.
- Lead training initiatives by developing training programs, overseeing processes, and mentoring junior team members.
- Create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials to align with operational objectives.
- Apply quality assurance practices to ensure processes consistently meet quality benchmarks and client expectations.
- Provide additional operational support, including data analysis, reporting, and onboarding of new clients or processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance operations or a related field
- Background in training and coaching (preferably with experience as a BPO QA, Trainer, or Supervisor)
- Strong written communication skills, especially in email correspondence
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, time management, and planning abilities
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining SOPs and technical or procedural documentation
- Experience in quality assurance, including process review and optimization
- Knowledge of operational excellence (OPEX) and compliance frameworks
- Experience with Insurance Level processes
