HR Director (F&B)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Onsite - Dayshift
Location: Bacolod City

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee national HR operations, including workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and regulatory compliance
• Drive talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization
• Manage employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning to enhance workforce productivity
• Ensure effective execution and adoption of HR systems for streamlined HR operations and reporting
• Partner with leadership to provide guidance on organizational development, policy enforcement, and change management
• Promote a positive corporate culture through strong communication, collaboration, and employee relations practices
• Oversee training and development programs to build capabilities and support career growth

Qualifications:

• At least 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources
• Proven experience handling HR operations at a national or multi-site level
• Strong background in employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitment, and training
• Hands-on experience with HR systems and processes; ability to implement and optimize HR technology
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; able to influence at all levels
• Experience in corporate HR environments with demonstrated ability to combine strategy and execution
