Job Title: Network Operations Lead (Executive Level)

Location: Metro Manila
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day Shift I On-site

Job Summary

We are looking for a Network Operations Lead to manage and oversee the daily operations of our network infrastructure. You will ensure the network runs smoothly, resolve issues quickly, and lead a team of network professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day operations of core, transmission, access, and aggregation networks
2. Oversee network monitoring and OSS/NMS platforms
3. Lead incident response, major restoration, and disaster recovery efforts
4. Ensure network performance, reliability, and availability meet service standards
5. Implement and maintain operational procedures, processes, and best practices
6. Plan, coordinate, and execute network upgrades, expansions, and optimization projects
7. Supervise, mentor, and guide network operations teams
8. Collaborate with engineering, IT, and leadership teams to improve network processes and resolve technical issues
9. Manage vendor and partner relationships for network-related services and equipment
10. Monitor network KPIs and generate operational reports for senior management
11. Drive automation, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives
12. Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or related field

• Master's degree or engineering license is a plus

• Minimum 10 years of experience in network operations

• Strong technical experience in optical networks, core networks, access networks, and monitoring systems

• Experience in incident management, service restoration, and disaster recovery

• Proven leadership and people management experience (AVP - Director level is highly preferred)
