Role Overview

The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. This role oversees both traditional and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with exposure to brand and digital marketing.
  • Strong capability across both traditional and digital marketing
  • Must have background within Retail, FMCG, or Multi-brand environments.
  • Experienced in both ATL & BTL marketing.
  • Proven people management experience leading marketing teams
  • Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics; working knowledge of basic design principles

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with company objectives
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign evaluation
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across ATL, BTL, and digital channels

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including Facebook Ads, TikTok campaigns, and content execution
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using digital analytics and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with creative partners and internal teams using tools such as Canva and Photoshop

Traditional Marketing

  • Manage offline marketing initiatives such as events, activations, and outdoor advertising
  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and external partners to ensure effective execution

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to support revenue growth and market expansion
  • Provide marketing support for branch-level and regional initiatives

People, Budget & Performance Management

  • Lead, coach, and manage the marketing team to ensure timely and effective delivery of initiatives
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor negotiations, and supplier relationships
  • Prepare performance reports using data, metrics, and customer insights to guide decision-making
