Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Leasing Manager to lead our leasing operations in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leasing activities, overseeing tenant acquisition and retention, and leading the leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in commercial property leasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies for commercial properties
• Identify and secure prospective tenants for available spaces
• Negotiate lease terms and contracts with potential tenants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and partners
• Conduct market research to stay updated on leasing trends and competitor activities
• Monitor leasing performance and prepare regular reports for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and leasing procedures

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in commercial property leasing
• Minimum of 5 years experience in people management or team leadership
• Proven track record in commercial tenant acquisition and lease negotiations
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with commercial real estate market trends
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is preferred
