Job Summary
The Technical Recruiter will support the HR and Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified technical professionals. This role is responsible for managing the recruitment process for various IT and technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. The position also ensures a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers while maintaining efficient hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking platforms to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the applicant tracking system or recruitment database.
Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Assist in improving recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques to attract high-quality talent.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably handling technical or IT roles.
Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment tools.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
