FP&A Manager (Logistics)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - Dayshift; Onsite
Location: Alabang

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial analysis, providing insights into performance and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze logistics KPIs (e.g., cost per shipment, fleet utilization) to guide decision-making and cost optimization.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, and senior leadership to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities across logistics operations and optimize financial resources.
• Prepare and present financial reports and actionable insights to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with FP&A software.
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both financial and operational teams.
