Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies and programs
- Organize activities that promote teamwork, morale, and company culture
- Support initiatives related to employee wellness, recognition, and retention
Events Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute company events such as town halls, team buildings, celebrations, and engagement activities
- Coordinate logistics including venue sourcing, program flow, suppliers, and materials
- Manage event timelines and ensure smooth execution from planning to post-event evaluation
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality events
Internal Communications
- Assist in creating and disseminating internal communications related to HR programs and events
- Promote engagement activities through email, social media, or internal platforms
- Ensure consistent messaging aligned with company culture and values
Employee Feedback & Insights
- Support the implementation of employee surveys and engagement initiatives
- Gather feedback and analyze engagement data to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in recommending programs based on employee needs and insights
HR Support
- Provide administrative support to HR initiatives and programs
- Collaborate with other HR functions such as recruitment, learning and development, and HR operations
- Assist in onboarding activities to enhance new hire experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or related roles
- Experience in organizing events, programs, or activities is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
