Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies and programs
  • Organize activities that promote teamwork, morale, and company culture
  • Support initiatives related to employee wellness, recognition, and retention
Events Planning & Execution
  • Plan and execute company events such as town halls, team buildings, celebrations, and engagement activities
  • Coordinate logistics including venue sourcing, program flow, suppliers, and materials
  • Manage event timelines and ensure smooth execution from planning to post-event evaluation
  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality events
Internal Communications
  • Assist in creating and disseminating internal communications related to HR programs and events
  • Promote engagement activities through email, social media, or internal platforms
  • Ensure consistent messaging aligned with company culture and values
Employee Feedback & Insights
  • Support the implementation of employee surveys and engagement initiatives
  • Gather feedback and analyze engagement data to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in recommending programs based on employee needs and insights
HR Support
  • Provide administrative support to HR initiatives and programs
  • Collaborate with other HR functions such as recruitment, learning and development, and HR operations
  • Assist in onboarding activities to enhance new hire experience
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or related roles
  • Experience in organizing events, programs, or activities is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
