Job Summary


The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing multi-store restaurant operations, including New Store Openings (NSO), to ensure strong operational performance, profitability, food quality, and exceptional guest experience. This role is highly focused on Back-of-House (BOH) operations, kitchen management, food safety, and operational discipline to ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all stores.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations & Store Expansion

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across multiple store locations.
  • Lead and support New Store Openings (NSO), ensuring smooth operational setup and launch execution.
  • Ensure operational readiness and compliance with company standards across all branches.

Operational Performance & Profitability

  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across assigned stores.
  • Monitor key business metrics including labor productivity, food cost, inventory, and overall store performance.
  • Implement strategies to improve operational effectiveness and maximize business results.

BOH Operations & Food Safety

  • Ensure strict compliance with food quality, kitchen operations, sanitation, and food safety standards.
  • Maintain consistency in BOH execution, inventory management, and operational discipline.
  • Conduct regular operational audits and corrective action implementation.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers and Store Leaders.
  • Promote high-performance culture through coaching, accountability, and leadership support.
  • Ensure operational teams are aligned with company goals and service standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, QA, Supply Chain, and Training teams to support operational requirements.
  • Coordinate staffing, training, supply availability, and quality initiatives across stores.
  • Ensure alignment between operational execution and business objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 10+ years of experience in restaurant operations leadership.
  • Strong background in high-volume casual dining operations.
  • Proven experience handling both restaurant operations and New Store Openings (NSO).
  • Strong expertise in Back-of-House (BOH) and kitchen operations.
  • Knowledgeable in food safety, inventory management, and operational systems.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and operational execution skills.
