The Area Manager (Sales and Operations) is responsible for overseeing and optimizing sales performance and branch operations across multiple locations. This role ensures that all branches operate efficiently, drive consistent customer traffic, and achieve revenue targets through strong execution of sales strategies, promotions, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple branches

  • Monitor and analyze branch-level sales performance and KPIs

  • Implement and monitor sales promotions, campaigns, and in-store initiatives

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support

  • Develop strategies to increase walk-in customers and branch activity

  • Lead and manage branch teams or area supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field

  • At least 5-7 years experience in multi-branch operations, retail, or food & beverage industry

  • Strong background in sales operations, store performance, and customer traffic management

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and implement performance improvement strategies

  • Experience in executing and evaluating promotions, campaigns, and in-store initiatives

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing large or distributed teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across operations, marketing, and support functions
