The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer acquisition and retention, and support overall business growth. This role will oversee both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, ensuring that campaigns are aligned with company objectives and effectively contribute to revenue generation, market expansion, and customer engagement.
The position requires a highly strategic yet hands-on marketing professional capable of leading end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels. The Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Operations, and other key stakeholders to develop impactful marketing programs, enhance brand visibility, and deliver measurable business results. This role also includes team leadership, budget management, performance tracking, vendor management, and the continuous optimization of marketing initiatives based on data, market insights, and customer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, sales targets, and expansion plans.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and market presence through consistent and impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, customer touchpoints, and marketing materials.
Digital Marketing
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms, paid advertising, content marketing, and other online channels.
  • Oversee Facebook Ads, TikTok campaigns, lead generation efforts, and customer engagement programs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights, reporting tools, and marketing analytics.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content, digital assets, and promotional materials that support business objectives.
  • Drive digital innovation and identify new opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Traditional Marketing & Activations
  • Plan and execute events, activations, sponsorships, branch marketing initiatives, and community-based programs.
  • Manage outdoor advertising efforts, including billboards and other out-of-home (OOH) placements.
  • Support regional and branch-level marketing activities to strengthen local market presence and customer acquisition.
  • Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and external partners to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing campaigns.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial objectives.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, media partners, and other external stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and marketing insights to support business decisions and organizational growth.
Budget & Performance Management
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of initiatives.
  • Establish campaign objectives, monitor performance metrics, and evaluate return on investment (ROI).
  • Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports, insights, and recommendations to management.
  • Continuously improve marketing effectiveness through performance analysis, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive marketing experience with exposure to both digital and traditional marketing.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy development through execution and performance evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, campaign analytics, customer engagement, and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience managing events, activations, outdoor advertising, and other traditional marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage, coach, and develop teams.
  • Strong project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and commercially driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
