Finance Director

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Full Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support business growth.
  
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, audit, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  
• Partner with commercial and operations teams to improve sales performance, margins, profitability, and cost efficiency.
  
• Analyze financial performance across stores and business units, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while managing relationships with auditors, banks, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
  
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3–5 years in a senior management or leadership role, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  
• Strong expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and internal controls.
  
• Proven experience in driving profitability, cost optimization, financial planning, and business performance.
  
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a strategic and commercially driven mindset.
