Job Summary

The Finance Controller will lead the companys finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in financial planning, budgeting, and business strategy while managing a high-performing finance team in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Both CPA and highly experienced Non-CPA professionals with strong finance leadership backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring strong internal controls and efficient financial procedures.
    • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while providing insights to support business decisions.
    • Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management to maintain financial stability.
    • Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
    • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and maintain accurate financial records.
    • Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team to drive operational excellence.
    • Coordinate with external auditors, banking partners, and regulatory agencies.
    • Work closely with senior management to support financial strategy, cost optimization, and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 7–10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.

  • CPA is an advantage, but experienced Non-CPA finance leaders are welcome to apply.

  • Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills is required.

  • Previous experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical, leadership, risk management, and organizational skills.
