Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Morning)

Role Overview:

Lead IT operations and infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing technology systems that support business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and business applications.
• Ensure system uptime, security, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Operations team.
• Implement operational policies, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT operations with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
