JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Unit Leadership & P&L Ownership
  • Own full P&L accountability for the Retail Media vertical, driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Set and deliver annual financial targets aligned with company objectives
  • Develop scalable pricing frameworks, commercial models, and sales strategies
  • Provide senior leadership with performance reporting, forecasts, and strategic insights
Retail Media Strategy & Growth
  • Define and execute the Retail Media strategy, roadmap, and performance KPIs
  • Strengthen the value proposition for suppliers and marketplace sellers
  • Standardize pricing, bidding structures, and campaign mechanics
  • Identify and launch new advertising formats, targeting capabilities, and monetization opportunities
Supplier & Seller Partnerships
  • Lead acquisition and onboarding of 1P suppliers and 3P sellers into Retail Media programs
  • Collaborate with partners to design high-impact campaigns aligned to business goals
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for Retail Media clients
Campaign Oversight & Optimization
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across digital channels (display, push, SMS, email, etc.)
  • Ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and audience targeting effectiveness
  • Partner with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns for measurable ROI
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Work closely with technical teams to enhance ad placement and targeting infrastructure
  • Align with data teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Integrate Retail Media initiatives into broader marketing and customer engagement strategies
Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Establish success metrics including ROAS, ROI, and attributed sales
  • Deliver regular performance reviews to stakeholders and partners
  • Drive continuous optimization using campaign insights and analytics
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline
  • Advanced certifications or studies in Digital Media, Marketing, or Data Analytics preferred
Experience
  • 5–7+ years experience in digital media, retail media, or performance marketing
  • Proven expertise in ad tech, campaign management, or e-commerce advertising
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, data, and tech teams
  • Strong client-facing experience managing major brands or advertiser portfolios
