Job Summary
Leads ERP operations, implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement to ensure ERP systems effectively support business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ERP applications, operations, projects, and support.
• Develop ERP strategy and roadmap.
• Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Manage ERP support and incident resolution.
• Coordinate with business process owners and stakeholders.
• Manage ERP vendors and service providers.
• Ensure ERP security, access, controls, and governance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through ERP.
• Manage ERP projects, budgets, risks, and timelines.
• Ensure proper documentation and system controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of ERP experience with leadership experience.
• Strong experience in ERP implementation and support.
• Experience managing ERP teams and vendors.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP controls.
