Job Title: Team Lead – CMA & Pricing

Job Type: Full-time | Full Onsite | Day Shift 

Location: BGC, Taguig 


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and support team members; effectively prioritize tasks to meet changing business needs

  • Refine and improve procedures for customer agreements, pricing governance, and end-to-end CMA management

  • Manage cross-functional communication to influence behavioral change and share real-time insights

  • Ensure all accrual provisions and payments are accurate, fair, justifiable, and processed on time

  • Oversee pricing master data accuracy and completeness in relevant systems

  • Ensure CMA invoicing, credit memos, and debit memos meet agreed deadlines and customer expectations

  • Review and prepare SOX controls; manage internal and external audit processes

  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for relevant accounts

  • Collaborate with Collections and Credit teams to reduce aged debt and resolve customer disputes

  • Partner with Operational Excellence and Automation teams to identify and implement process improvements

  • Support the transition team in migrating CMA and Pricing activities in scope for the SSC

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting, preferably in a multinational company

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience

  • Proven background in contract management (rebates, returns, refunds, or discounts)

  • Solid basic accounting skills, including account reconciliation

  • Experience in master data management; pricing master data is required, customer master data is a plus

  • Advanced Excel skills — XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH

  • ERP experience required; SAP strongly preferred

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; confident presenting to and influencing stakeholders

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage

  • Power BI and Access Database knowledge are advantages
