Job Summary

The Global Finance Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) within the Record-to-Report (RTR) function. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong governance, and efficient operations across accruals, provisions, and customer settlements. The position also plays a key leadership role in driving operational excellence and supporting a global shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CMA team, ensuring alignment with global RTR and finance objectives

• Oversee end-to-end CMA processes including accruals, provisions, billing, and settlements

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and month-end close activities

• Review reconciliations for accruals, payments, and balance sheet accounts

• Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with SOX and internal policies

• Manage customer agreements lifecycle including documentation, approvals, and governance

• Partner with Credit and Collections teams to reduce aged receivables and resolve disputes

• Drive operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous process improvements

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment of finance operations

• Support audits (internal and external) and ensure readiness of documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Strong experience in RTR, financial reporting, and shared services

• Proven leadership experience managing finance operations teams

• Deep understanding of accruals, reconciliations, and financial controls

• Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment
