Job Description
This Assistant Manager for Financial Reporting and Consolidation ensures accurate and timely financial reporting while leading the closing process, maintaining strong internal controls, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Drives accurate and timely financial reporting, aligned with governance standards.
Oversees closing, controls, and audit compliance.
Collaborates across teams to improve controls and reporting processes.
Manages and develops the finance team to drive strategy and performance.
Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
6-7 years of experience in external audit with supervisory position.
Strong background in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards.
Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication.
Knowledge on governance or internal control is an advantage.
