Position: Marketing General Manager
Location: Taguig | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Overview:
The Marketing General Manager is responsible for leading nationwide marketing initiatives encompassing brand strategy, ATL/BTL campaigns, digital marketing, public relations, and events management. This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth, profitability, and brand presence across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with corporate goals.
- Oversee all marketing disciplines including brand management, ATL, BTL, PR, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Lead the development of creative marketing concepts and campaigns across all media platforms.
- Manage the company's marketing budget, ensuring effective cost allocation and control.
- Direct relationships and daily coordination with PR, media, and marketing communications agencies.
- Supervise the planning and execution of key events such as product launches, trade shows, sponsorships, and media engagements.
- Serve as the official spokesperson for marketing or PR-related activities in the Philippine market.
- Oversee nationwide CSR and internal marketing events, ensuring consistent brand alignment.
- Drive data-driven digital marketing programs, optimizing content strategy and social media presence.
- Prepare timely reports and performance analyses on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide strategic leadership to the marketing team, fostering collaboration, efficiency, and high performance.
Decision-Making Authority:
- Approve and validate marketing assets, campaigns, and materials under assigned scope.
- Propose and manage marketing budgets, allocations, and operational decisions.
- Recommend organizational design changes to enhance team efficiency and clarity of roles.
- Lead performance evaluation, training, and development initiatives for marketing staff.
- Recommend promotions, rotations, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in Marketing, PR, and Leadership roles.
- Strong background in marketing strategy, brand management, and digital transformation.
