Accounting Specialist (Manufacturing Industry)

Work Setup: Monday to Friday (with a half-day work schedule on Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly sales reporting and perform detailed product cost evaluations.
• Conduct gross profit reviews and assist in the preparation of trial balance reports.
• Prepare and file tax-related documents while supporting audit requirements through accurate schedules.
• Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger balances, and tax records to ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain pricing and discount structures, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide support for special reporting and compliance projects.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, policies, and standard procedures.
• Experience in financial reporting, account reconciliation, tax compliance, and audit support activities.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications, with strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
