Scrum Master

Duties and Responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to:

· Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
· Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
· Remove obstacles and shield the team from external interruptions.
· Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
· Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and other key metrics.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
· Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
· Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and company standards.
· Support cross-functional coordination and communication.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
· Proven experience working with Agile teams and delivering complex IT projects.
· Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
· Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Good to have (not required)

· SAFe Scrum Master or other Agile certifications are a plus.
· Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills
