About the job Oracle HCM Solution Architect

  • Develop architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Oracle HCM applications.
  • Provide architectural solutions and designs to implement scalable, secure and high performing Oracle HCM applications.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architects and Technical Owners to develop applications aligned with the Oracle HCM business strategy.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional agile teams that include Product Owners, QA Engineers and fellow DevOps Software Engineers, monitor progress, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide business and technical guidance, designing and implementing solutions, and maintaining Oracle HCM solutions foe HR business users.
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.


Skillset Requirements

  • 4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
  • 5+ years with SDLC process, model creation and maintenance of flow diagrams, communicating and collaboration in enterprise Oracle HCM platforms (PaaS, SaaS) and environments.
  • 7-10 years experience in Oracle HCM implementations. Strong functional knowledge in Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting, and Compensation modules.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM architecture and integration.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud data models in HCM and Finance.
  • Knowledge of SQL tuning and best practices for HCM extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI.
  • Familiarity with systems integration, security, user provisioning and single sign-on technologies.
  • Foundational knowledge in AI/ML is desirable.

  • Strong collaboration skills while working with technical SMEs, senior leaders, project managers, and business users/ stakeholders to drive Oracle HCM architectural solutions.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, has great communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in working with offshore / onshore model.
  • Ability to collaborate and direct work efforts or project deliverables from initiation to completion.
  • Strong sense of ownership in work product and quality of outcome.
  • Ability to understand client expectations and recognize and resolve issues that may affect delivery.
  • Ability to successfully partner with vendors/agencies and internal stakeholders; ability to work within a cross-functional team environment where teams are
    sometimes located remotely.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and resolve technical issues within the broader project team.
  • Experience in Agile delivery/Scrum methodology
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends and holidays as needed.
