Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and validate project data in the PROTO tool, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Support project change requests, ensuring compliance with workflows.
- Track project risks and interdependencies, collaborating on mitigation strategies.
- Generate and distribute status reports with key metrics and updates.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Develop process documentation and workflow diagrams for project planning and improvement.
- Assist Change Management Manager with tracking deliverables and updating PROTO.
- Maintain confidentiality of project content.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across functional role
