Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and validate project data in the PROTO tool, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Support project change requests, ensuring compliance with workflows.
  • Track project risks and interdependencies, collaborating on mitigation strategies.
  • Generate and distribute status reports with key metrics and updates.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Develop process documentation and workflow diagrams for project planning and improvement.
  • Assist Change Management Manager with tracking deliverables and updating PROTO.
  • Maintain confidentiality of project content.
