About the job Data Analyst - Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze company wide sales and marketing information for assigned categories, envision the next steps for that category based on the data, and inform our buying, sales and marketing teams to assist them in driving sales goals.
  • Analyze, interpret and provide insights/conclusions on large amounts of transaction and customer/shopper data globally and by marketing area, to communicate impactful recommendations to business leaders.
  • Creatively articulate the insights behind the data and help our team iterate category futures.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder needs both effectively and sensitively.
  • Own seasonal reporting related tasks including building and launching sell through and seasonal performance reports for all assigned categories.

Qualification

Requirements:

  • Solid SQL writing / coding (Structured Query Language) / Google Cloud Big Data Query experience (at least 2 years of solid experience): Essential for querying databases and managing large datasets.
  • Knowledge of languages such as Python and R for data analysis.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and tools for data integration.
  • General knowledge of segmentation models and an ability to synthesize and summarize large amounts of information clearly and concisely.
