Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, requirements, and systems in the Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, and Payments domains. Provide insights, recommendations, and solutions to optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
2. EPIC Creation and Story Breakdown: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and break down EPICs and stories for software development. Ensure that user stories align with business objectives and are clearly defined.
3. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements. Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications for development teams.
4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost reduction within Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, and Payments. Implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
5. Data Analysis: Analyze data to gain insights and support decision-making. Utilize data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
6. Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external partners. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
7. Project Management: Support project management activities, including project planning, monitoring, and reporting. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• 12 to 14 years of experience in Business Analysis with a strong focus on Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, and Payments.
• Proficiency in EPIC creation and story breakdown.
• Solid knowledge of the financial services industry, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proven experience in data analysis and project management.
