A senior commercial leader responsible for building, expanding, and optimizing a high-performing, profitable lubricants business across Pakistan. The role demands strong market insight, strategic direction, commercial acumen, channel development, and disciplined execution to grow market share in both retail and industrial segments.
Core Purpose
Drive sustainable volume and value growth for the lubricants business by developing competitive product offerings, expanding distribution channels, building strong B2B & B2C partnerships, enhancing brand equity, and ensuring operational excellence across the country.

Ideal Background
- 15–20+ years of experience in Lubricants, OMCs, Petrochemicals, Automotive, or Industrial B2B & B2C sectors.
- Proven track record leading a national lubricants business or major category portfolio.
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management experience with large B2B &B2C accounts.
- Deep understanding of lubricants product lines, technical specifications, and application areas.
- Experience managing distribution networks, key accounts, OEM partnerships, and workshops.
- Familiarity with marketing, brand development, and channel activation for lubricants.
- Strong financial literacy with experience managing P&L, pricing, and profitability levers.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, supply chain, and technical services.
