HRSI is conducting an executive search on behalf of a leading multinational client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and own the People & OD strategy, ensuring an excellent employee experience for 300+ associates in an innovative/specialty and general medicine pharma company.
  • Provide strategic leadership of the HR & Administration (People & Organization) function across Pharma Commercial and Manufacturing operations.
  • Lead the design and execution of performance-based Compensation & Benefits strategy, appraisal systems, and employee performance cycles.
  • Build a curious organization through robust Learning & Development programs.
  • Contribute to the development of the Company P&O agenda, fostering a psychologically safe and trusted performance culture.
  • Serve as a member of the Executive Committee, implementing and adapting ECN-level P&O plans across divisions.
  • Drive talent attraction and retention through workplace culture initiatives.
  • Manage manpower planning for projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Provide change management support during transformation and restructuring efforts.
  • Lead Manufacturing HR/IR operations with a focus on compliance and employee relations.

Experience & Requirements

  • 12–15 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial or non-HR functions preferred.
  • HR certifications are an advantage.
  • International experience is highly desirable.
  • International Exposure will be preferred.
