Our client, a Karachi-based, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulated Electronic Money Institution (EMI), seeks to appoint an experienced professional for the following role:
Job Role
As Marketing Manager, you will lead brand, growth, and partnership-driven initiatives that will define our public presence and fuel customer acquisition in a competitive fintech landscape. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and partner organizations to drive consumer adoption, awareness, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Execution – Develop and lead comprehensive brand strategies that build awareness, drive engagement, and align with Companys long-term vision.
- Integrated Campaign Management – Plan and execute growth-focused marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Content & Creative Direction – Oversee the development of compelling content for social media, web, product, and partner marketing initiatives.
- Partnership Marketing & Co-Branding – Work closely with marketing/retail teams of partner organizations to plan and execute collaborative marketing initiatives.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization – Monitor KPIs, brand health, and campaign performance; optimize for ROI and user growth using a test-and-learn approach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Product, Operations, and external agencies to ensure brand alignment and timely execution of campaigns.
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from an HEC-recognized or equivalent foreign institution.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in marketing or brand management roles, ideally in a tech startup, fintech, or digital-first organization.
- Experience in digital financial services, e-commerce, or consumer tech growth functions is preferred.
Requirements
- Marketing & Growth Leadership – Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end brand and acquisition strategies in dynamic, consumer-facing environments.
- Collaborative Execution – Experience managing multi-stakeholder campaigns, especially in coordination with external partners and retail-facing brands.
- Team Leadership – Ability to inspire and lead small teams or agency partners to deliver high-impact creative and campaign outputs.
- Communication & Creativity – Strong storytelling, messaging, and brand positioning skills across channels and formats.
- Agility & Entrepreneurial Mindset – Thrives in a fast-paced startup setting, with a bias toward action and innovation.
